Frohe Weihnachten!

Wishing you a Christmas filled with peace, joy, love and laughter, and many blessings in the year to come. May God bless you all.

Love,
Michael, Jenny, Jack, Luke and Jazz

"For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord." Luke 2:11

YUM!!

Mmmmm..... Luke says there is nothing better than rice cereal! This is his first solid food... he loved it. Jack never did like the stuff :o)

This is Jack's new posing face :o) This seems to be the face he makes every time I pull out the camera. Hopefully we can get some good Christmas morning pics with his eyes open!

Jack and Luke on Mommy and Daddy's bed. Jack was really cute and gave his little brother a big hug and kiss. It has taken a little while for Jack to adjust to the changes, but he is becoming a wonderful and loving big brother to Luke.

BUSTED!!

Jack has recently figured out that the wrapped things under our tree might possibly be exciting new toys for him. I don't know where he learned to unwrap the presents.....?????...... Promise, Mom... I only unwrapped the sweaters you sent, and that was while he was napping :o) Anyway, he was carrying around this box for about an hour. He kept asking me to open it and I kept telling him we had to wait. I went into the kitchen and started making dinner. I peeked into the dining room and saw him starting to pull apart the wrapping paper. I knew what was coming as soon as he saw that choo choo on the box. There was no turning back. I thought we were going to be able to get away with just unwrapping the box, but we had to take the whole darn thing out. Again, sorry Mom...he must get the itch to open presents early from Aunt Christy!! Here is a picture of our German tree. This is acutally the best tree we've had since we've been here... it actually resembles a Christmas tree :o)

A few pics

There is really no theme to this post... just a few cute pics for you to enjoy. Jack spilled his water in this photo and we turned it into a splashing bonanza! If you can't tell... he really enjoyed himself!

Christmas Tree Fun!

We put up our Christmas tree this past weekend. Jack is LOVING it! He goes around the entire tree and touches every single ornament he can reach. I feel like a broken record repeating the words, "Jack, don't pull on it." He loves all of the "Ho Ho Ho's" (Santas), the snowmen and the balls. I am just waiting for him to take one of the balls and throw it across the room :o)

Weinachtsmarkt in Trier!

On Sunday we went to the Christmas market in Trier. It was VERY cold, but a lot of fun. It was really crowded... and Jack loved running around all of the street vendors. We had some pommes frites and some incredible mushroom dish.... and if you look closely in the pic of him and Santa you can see me chowing down on an icing puff. Not sure what it's really called- but it was literally a ball of icing covered in white chocolate.... a dessert dream come true! I hope we have time to go back before Christmas!

Snow Cooking

We played outside in the snow for a long time today. But, that wasn't long enough. We had to bring our snow inside and make snow soup. Jack is tasting his creation.

Jack and Daddy

Enjoy these pictures.... it was really fun to watch! Jack did this about fifty times in a row.... not kidding!

Cuties...

Jack is doing his special pose for the camera... upside down in his favorite chair. He must get this from his Aunt Christy... a.k.a. "Circus Clown."
Sweet pics of Jack and Luke!

Jack never really liked the jump-a-roo. I think Luke is going to love it! He likes to bounce! I can't believe he's old enough to be in this thing. He is growing TOO fast!

Snowmen and Horses

Here is our snowman we made... he melted pretty quickly.... and his nose kept falling off :o) We put him right outside of our window so we could talk to him all day.
Jack is loving snowmen these days. Here he is creating one of his own. We put him on the fridge and every time Jack walks by he pulls off a snowball and throws it in the garbage. I should really take a picture of what the snowman looks like now... it's pretty sad!

Luke is still growing like crazy! He looks bigger every day! He is laughing all of the time now... too cute!
Jack is really into playing "horsey." He usually plays with me, but he thought it would be fun to take a ride on his brother, Luke. Luke is such a great sport! He didn't even cry!

I think Luke enjoyed this a little more...

Tuscany

Here are some of the pics from Tuscany... there are way to many so I will do a slideshow later tonight. We had a great time... more details to follow :o)

Our Last Days in England

We had a great two weeks in England. Here are some pics from the last day we were there... enjoy!
This is how Michael and Jack spent the entire ferry ride from England to France. Luke and I hung out at the sitting area in front of the arcade. Jack was in heaven!!

This picture makes me laugh... he's always on the go.

Bundled up for the cold and snow...

Luke is such a happy baby!
Nothing is cuter than a fat little naked baby :o) Check out those rolls!!
Luke is following in his brother's footsteps and already becoming a bookworm.
